Meet Elena Wood, Manager of Global Skincare Product Development. Fun fact: Elena is a legacy at Estée Lauder! Her mother worked for the company when she was pregnant with Elena, so the brand has been a significant part of her life. Elena also has the enviable job of helping to formulate a wide variety of our skincare, which means she gets to constantly test and try the latest and greatest new products. She works closely with our research and development teams in the labs to ensure that everything we create is not only effective, but looks, feels and smells great, too.
